We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Talent Acquisition Lead, High-Volume to join our dynamic team in Tbilisi, Georgia. This pivotal role will oversee a team of 5-7 Volume Talent Acquisition Partners and lead high-volume recruitment efforts across multiple roles, including Support Associates, Grocery Associates, Support Team Leads, Shift Leads, CTQ Specialists, and Workforce Specialists.
Georgia is currently our second-largest hiring market, and as we expand, it is projected to become our top market in 2025, driven by the growth of the Support Team and the adoption of innovative AI tools like Converse. This role will require hiring up to 150 Support Associates per month, in addition to 20-35 Grocery Associates. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a data-driven decision-maker, and an inspiring leader with a strong background in high-volume recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 1 year in high-volume recruitment.
Proven experience in leading and managing recruitment teams, with a track record of achieving targets and delivering results.
Deep understanding of the Georgian labor market, including talent availability, recruitment trends, and legal considerations.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment data and make strategic decisions.
Exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
High level of proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and the Georgian talent market.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
