Geographic Scope: France, Belgium
Purpose:
The Talent Acquisition Lead France and Belgium will report into the Head Talent Acquisition Europe and have a dotted line to the HR Head France and Belgium. You will thrive to lead, coach and mentor a team of Talent Partners by setting the highest standards of quality service and customer centricity. Successful candidate will be accountable for the overall strategy and delivery for Talent Acquisition within CP, Seeds and Group business units by acting as a Talent Acquisition Advisor to your business and HR stakeholders.
Accountabilities:
- Drive Strategic Partnerships: Establish and maintain key relationships with management and cross-functional stakeholders, positioning Talent Acquisition as a crucial business partner.
- Lead the team remotely based in our Europe TA HUB: Manage and develop a remote service delivery operation in Europe, providing mentorship and career development to your recruiting team.
- Oversee Senior-Level Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment for strategic hires across the organization, focusing on exceptional candidate and manager experiences.
- Innovate Talent Strategies: Develop proactive recruitment methods, including talent mapping, insights, and pipeline building to support future business needs.
- Leverage Data for Impact: Set and track team KPIs/SLAs, presenting data-driven insights to influence positive outcomes in recruitment strategies.
- Champion Diversity & Inclusion: Set the standard for inclusive hiring practices, ensuring a diverse talent pipeline.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Seek out opportunities to enhance process efficiency and automation in talent acquisition.
Complexity:
- Ability to handle high volumes of activity
- Ability to manage service delivery remotely, across several countries
- Ability to analyze data and use insights to inform continuous improvement plans
Experience required for the role
- Good knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment process and of recruiting best practices and you are well versed in various sourcing, head-hunting & recruiting methodologies.
- Customer centricity. Excellent consulting / advisory skills, able to influence talent outcomes.
- Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills; demonstrated effective listening and questioning skills and is comfortable dealing with all levels in the organization.
- Experience of managing a remote team.
- Fluent French and English is a must. Other European language valuable.
- Strong Data and reporting fluency and analytical mindset.
- Experience of using an Applicant Tracking System (ideally SmartRecruiters), and other HRIS (Workday), CRM (Beamery, Avature, etc.)
- Experience of using all Microsoft Office applications in particular Excel and Outlook.
