Skills Required:
· 8 + years of experience in full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment.
· Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
· Proven experience in sourcing and recruiting for various roles across different functions.
· Strong ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
· Experience in utilizing recruiting tools and technologies to find and attract top talent.
· Ability to develop and implement sourcing strategies to meet the hiring goals of the organization.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates effectively.
· Strong organizational skills to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
· Experience in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates for cultural fit and skill set.
· Ability to negotiate job offers and close candidates successfully.
· Ability to mentor and manage a small team of junior recruiters.
· Professional certifications in recruiting or HR are a plus.
· Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
· Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
· Familiarity with job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
· Understanding of recruiting metrics and data analysis to improve hiring processes.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve recruitment goals.
Role Description
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions.
- Source potential candidates through online channels, networking, and attending events.
- Review and evaluate resumes and job applications.
- Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews.
- Present job opportunities to candidates and negotiate job offers.
- Update and maintain the applicant tracking system with candidate information.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions.
