Backed by Voodoo, our team is fully focused on scaling BeReal into an iconic social network used by hundreds of millions. You will work within the TA Apps team and exclusively on BeReal. Role
  • Drive recruiting coordination efforts for the BeReal TA team
  • Manage candidate applications, responses and organise initial exchanges with TA members or Hiring Managers
  • Conduct pre-qualifications for specific positions
  • Monitor candidate pipeline and ensure proper follow-up in ATS
  • Partner with TA members on role development, sourcing, interviewing, and closing strategy by role/team
  • Ensures top-notch candidates experience consistent communication and positive employer brand throughout the cycle

  • A first experience in recruitment would be a +
  • Familiar with the fast-paced environment with big ambition
  • Great analytical and organizational skills
  • Curious and business-oriented
  • Fluent in English
