This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the global and local recruitment process and talent acquisition strategies. As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will contribute to various aspects of the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, conducting initial screening interviews, and supporting onboarding activities.
Job Duties
- Assist in sourcing and identifying qualified candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability for open positions.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and provide administrative support as needed.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation.
- Contribute to the development of job descriptions and recruitment materials.
- Support the HR team in various administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
