As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will support our recruitment process for various technical roles. This internship offers valuable exposure to the talent acquisition field and the opportunity to develop skills in candidate assessment, sourcing, and communication.
*Currently enrolled as a student in a recognized educational institution in Greece, obligated and eligible to participate in an internship program as required by Greek law.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Participate in organizing company events and careers days
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in HR and motivation to learn and grow in the field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to contribute.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
