In this role, you will:
- Assisting the recruitment process: Update our candidate databases to the internal system, source candidates, review resumes, conduct initial screenings, schedule and confirm interviews with shortlisted candidates, etc.
- Employee Records: Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including digital and physical files.
- Participating in organizing company events and career days.
- Employee Engagement: Participate in employee engagement activities and initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Supporting other admin tasks.
What you will bring:
- Senior or graduated students who can commit a full-time internship (at least 3 months).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good administrative skills.
- Interested in learning about IT recruitment.
- Careful, eager to learn, dare to challenge and love to contribute in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality.
- A positive attitude and a passion for HR and people development.
- Fluent in English.
