• Undergraduate or graduate student of Psychology, Business Administration or Human Resources.
• Experience conducting screenings and interviews. (Desirable but not required).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Hunger to learn.
• Advanced English.

You will be accountable for the following responsibilities:

• Assist with recruiting, headhunting, referral campaigns, compiling analytics, and all team events.
• Support with the development and maintenance of pipelines.
• Serve as an ambassador of our values and culture.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience.

Technical Skills: Recruiting, Sourcing.
