Talent Acquisition Intern will work with Talent Acquisition to support administration and sourcing candidates through various channels. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, iterative environment and has a passion for people.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition to deeply understand hiring needs, develop creative sourcing and hiring strategies to build strong pipelines
- Assist the Talent Acquisition team in scheduling for interview session
- Shadow recruiting screens and hiring manager intake meetings to learn the structure of interview planning and interview etiquette
- Manage job posts in Applicant Tracking System and externally to various career sites
- Supporting administration for recruitment process, checking candidates background and references
Requirements
- Fresh Graduate from Psychology or another relevant field
- Minimum has experience intern in Talent Acquisition field
- Familiarity with recruitment tools
- A strong interest in building a career in the field of Talent Acquisition
- Love to a new challenge, open minded, and good in resilience
- Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and proficient building relationships
- Excellence in collaboration and communication skill
