Talent Acquisition Executive

This role will mainly focus on delivering key hires to projects within all sectors of the business, typical duties include:

• Pre-screening candidates - Via phone and MS Teams.
• CV searching - Job boards/LinkedIn.
• Writing engaging job adverts.
• Relationship building with internal stakeholders.
• Understanding project requirements.

Whilst prior recruitment experience would be a benefit, it is NOT essential, the key things you need to bring to this role are:

• A drive to succeed.

• Inquisitive nature - Asking questions to further yourself and the business.

• Salary - Up to £30k per year
