About the Role

As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment process and ensuring a positive candidate experience. You will be the primary point of contact for candidates, manage interview logistics, and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Schedule interviews, coordinate logistics, and communicate details to candidates and interviewers in a timely manner.
  • Facilitate communication between candidates and internal stakeholders (hiring managers, HR partners, interviewers) to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities in our applicant tracking system (ATS) and other relevant tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer service focus.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy in data management and documentation.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.

Nice to Have:

  • Previous experience using recruitment software or tools.
  • Familiarity with best practices in candidate experience.
  • Experience in coordinating virtual interviews and remote recruitment processes.
