We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our People Operations team and build a pipeline of diverse and qualified talent to execute the company’s hiring plan for current and future needs—from helping define the positions to filling them with the best employees. As the Talent Acquisition Associate, you will report to the Senior People Operations Manager, and your work will require you to develop relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and recruiting firms. Your ability to efficiently manage resume screens, interview scheduling, offers, and background checks, while also understanding the company’s operational needs, will help you find the best talent to support the company’s growth.

Note: While this is a fully-remote role, candidates located on the East Coast are preferred. We will accept applications until May 6th, 2024. First-round interviews will be held starting the week of May 20th, 2024.

Responsibilities

  • HIRING:
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process using our applicant tracking system (Lever) to ensure an exceptional candidate experience, serve as the main point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, and support new hire onboarding
  • Diversify talent pipeline by sourcing candidates through online channels (LinkedIn, WellFound, and other professional networks or job boards) and recruiting agency partners
  • In partnership with the People Operations team and hiring managers, set and adhere to hiring goals (e.g., candidates per stage, time to hire, positions filled) while ensuring we are effectively attracting qualified, vision-aligned talent
  • Monitor and prepare monthly recruitment metrics and candidate experience insights, make data-driven decisions to continually improve diversity hiring efforts, and stay up to date with industry trends and best practices
  • Support the development of annual hiring training for all internal team interviewers
  • Manage our employee referral process (i.e., ask for referrals and process bonuses)
  • Build and nurture a talent pool of past applicants and potential candidates

  • SPECIAL PROJECTS:
  • Lead employer brand strategy development and implementation to improve the visibility and attractiveness of the company in attracting the best talent
  • Flexibility for ad-hoc tasks and project work to support the People Operations team

About You

  • You have 3+ years of proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator/Associate or similar roles (SaaS experience preferred)
  • You are proficient in Google Suite, Applicant Tracking Systems, such as Lever and familiar with resume databases, job boards, and professional networks
  • You are professional, collaborative, and emotionally intelligent; able to work and effectively communicate with various stakeholders and foster teamwork across departments
  • You are a strong project manager who loves processes and is skilled in database management, process documentation, and record-keeping  
  • You are a self-starter who enjoys working independently and possesses excellent attention to detail, time management, multitasking, and organizational skills
  • You go with the flow, with an openness to be agile and the ability to proactively identify and solve problems in a timely manner
  • You have a general knowledge of and curiosity to stay up to date on hiring trends and recruitment best practices
  • You maintain and value the confidential nature of human resources work

Compensation & Benefits

  • $65,000 - $75,000 annual salary based on experience
