Talent Acquisition and Marketing Coordinator- Temporary (3 months)

Summary of Job:

The Talent Acquisition and Marketing Coordinator will support our employer branding and recruiting needs. You will work with Talent Acquisition Partners to coordinate recruiting processes and closely assist hiring managers, applicants, and candidates in navigating talent acquisition procedures and programs. A key responsibility will include facilitating our Employer Branding initiatives, working closely with our R&D teams, and establishing connections within the Israeli tech community. This role is a maternity leave replacement for 3 months.

Key focuses:

  • Scheduling candidate interviews by coordinating with Talent Acquisition Partners, candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers
  • Serve as point-of-contact for candidates and interview teams regarding interview schedules, changes, and triage
  • Create marketing materials and write content for our blog, and social media
  • Organize meetups weekly
  • Organize and participate in events, creating opportunities for our team to be part of meetups, conferences, and webinars external to the organization 
  • Help our ZipRecruiter leaders build their brand

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Previous experience in producing meetups, webinars and events
  • Experience in managing multiple tasks simultaneously with a high level of attention to detail
  • Prior work experience in the tech industry

Preferred Requirements:

  • 6+ months of professional experience in recruitment 
  • Prior experience working with an ATS, preferably Greenhouse
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Google Docs and Google Slides)
