The Opportunity
 
Our Talent Acquisition team identifies diverse top talent around the world for a wide range of positions at Edelman. You will collaborate with the Global Talent Acquisition team, Hiring Managers and People Partners and will contribute towards the recruitment strategy being collectively achieved which pursues, attracts, and assesses top talent for Edelman.  As a function, Talent Acquisition is committed to delivering an exceptional Candidate and Hiring Manager experience, as well as being a trusted, data driven partner to our stakeholders.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and timely process. 
  • Drive efficiencies in the recruitment process by coordinating recruitment activities.   
  • Be an integral part of driving the continuous improvement of our employer brand reputation through providing a seamless and exceptional candidate experience.     
  • Manage interview logistics, including room bookings, video calls, and communication with all relevant parties.
  • Ensure data accuracy in usage of our ATS, reporting back on issues.
  • Manage the invoice process related to external recruitment partners, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Ensure an impressive hiring manager experience through professional and timely communication.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Team to ensure all recruiting tools and resources are kept up to date.
  • Play a role in global Talent Acquisition projects on an ad-hoc basis.
