Talend Integrations Developer

What You'll Do:

  • Provide integration services to large enterprises and emerging growth companies
  • Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, project teams and IT teams to gather requirements, recommend solutions, design, and code ETL processes
  • Provide support for post production issues and developed integrations, including analysis and break-fix development
  • Architect and code data-driven solutions, managing data integration, data extraction, and workload automation.
  • Design, develop, deliver, and maintain complex Talend integration solutions using Talend Studio, TMC, & GitHub
  • Optimize and tune Talend jobs for performance and data handling
  • Create and maintain technical documentation
  • Perform data requirements analysis, data mapping, unit testing, ensure data quality, and troubleshoot integration issues across multiple sources
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure coding standards and are followed as per CCC guidelines
  • Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in Talend and data integration

What You'll Bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in Talend development (or similar ETL tool)
  • Expertise in designing and implementing Talend ETL jobs
  • Proficient in Java programming language
  • Experience with JSON, XML, and Flat File formats
  • Familiarity with Procurement, Accounting, or ERP Software preferably Coupa, Sage Intacct, or NetSuite
  • Experience in working with databases such as Oracle, MySQL, and SQL Server
  • Experience with Snowflake and Power BI a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently with little supervision
  • Ability to meet project deadlines and balance timelines and deliverables on multiple projects/tickets simultaneously
  • Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
  • Self-motivated, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or similar discipline
