About the Role  

The Account Manager (Social/ IMC)’s role is to support the Business Team to deliver service to our clients’ brands and businesses and drive growth for T&A Ogilvy.

What You’ll Do 

  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.

    • Develop a deep understanding of clients' business, industry, and competitive landscape.

    • Proactively identify opportunities to grow our business with existing clients.

    • Serve as the daily client contact and client lead when appropriate, managing communication and expectations effectively.

  • Campaign Development & Execution:

    • Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, creative, data,...) to develop integrated marketing campaigns (IMC) with a strong focus on social media.

    • Play a major role in the research, planning, and development of comprehensive Communications Marketing campaigns.

    • Oversee the execution of social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines.

    • Manage campaign budgets and timelines effectively.

    • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports and insights to clients.

    • Ensure all campaign deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time.

  • Strategic Planning & Business Development:

    • Work with existing clients and other members of the team to uncover business needs and objectives and craft appropriate overall strategies and plans to achieve clients’ business objectives.

    • Contribute to the development of proposals and presentations for new business opportunities.

    • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in social media and integrated marketing.

  • Operational Excellence:

    • Oversee quality and operational performance of accounts, ensuring work quality and deadline adherence.

    • Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.

    • Ensure accurate and timely reporting to clients and internal stakeholders.

    • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

What You’ll Need  

  • At least 2 - 3 years of Social/ IMC Manager experiences (Creative Agency experience is preferred)
  • Proven experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns (IMC) with a strong focus on social media
  • Ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Understanding and deep knowledge in IMC campaign
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Team player who can work well with tight deadlines
  • Possess a high degree of English competency
