Systems Engineer Level 3

What you will be doing

The Systems Engineer shall be responsible for collaborating with various stakeholders to gather, document, and track product requirements for developing mission solutions. The Systems Engineer shall serve as the project’s technical expert and Scrum Master.

What you will need:

• Experience using the Linux CLI
• Experience with creating/modifying Bash/Python scripts to automate processes
• Experience collaborating with mission customers to gather product requirements
• Experience tracking and managing product requirements to ensure requirements align with project goals
• Experience collaborating with mission customers to document/report project status, roadblocks, risks, and challenges
• Experience as a Scrum Master in facilitating Scrum teams to ensure adherence to Agile principles and practices
• Experience creating and maintaining detailed documentation for system architecture, configurations, project status, and project schedules
• Experience with CI/CD concepts, principles, and best practices using tools such as GitLab CI
• Experience with the Atlassian Tool Suite (JIRA, Confluence)

Position Desired Skills

• Experience with Git Version Control System
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker
• Experience with container orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes

Qualifications: Twenty (20) years' experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required. Demonstrated experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts is required. Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.

Clearance: Active TS/SCI with an appropriate polygraph is required to be considered for this role

Salary range:
$132,918.00 - $287,470.00 (Annually)*
