1. FUNCTIONAL SAFETY ENGINEER
What You ‘ll Be Doing:
- Model‐driven integrated safety analysis of unmanned aircraft and other complex systems within an MBSE development environment.
- Utilization of functional safety concepts / tools such as preliminary hazard assessment, functional hazard assessment, Fault Tree Analysis, FME(C)A, safety requirements identification.
- Working with cross functional teams to define functional safety requirements and safety architectures.
- Contribution to continued enhancement of architectures.
- Safety requirements allocation and traceability.
- Preparation of functional hazard assessment and safety analysis reports.
Qualifications & Experience
Required:
- University Degree in Electrical/Electronic or Mechanical/Aeronautic Engineering or related discipline.
Desired:
- Experience as a safety engineer or systems engineer or a closely related role.
- Experience with processes, standards and guidelines for conducting safety assessments, e.g. ARP4761/4754A, MIL-STD-882, ISO 26262, IEC 61508.
- Experience performing functional hazard Assessments (FHA) and safety analyses (e.g. FMEA, FMECA, FTA).
- Knowledge of automotive hardware or software development processes and systems engineering.
- Knowledge of HW electronics circuits and their functioning.
- Experience with safety critical systems, uncrewed systems.
- Familiarity with cyber security concepts.

2. PRODUCT SAFETY ENGINEER
What You ‘ll Be Doing:
- Achieving safety compliance across multiple product lines and programs.
- Conducting safety/hazard/risk assessments on products.
- Conducting research, studies and tests to evaluate product safety and to determine regulatory/certification/compliance issues.
- Preparing hazard analysis and safety assessment reports.
- Evaluating product designs and providing design guidance for safety.
- Developing safety instructions and procedures for handling and operating products.
- Maintaining proficiency of worldwide safety regulations through research, development of network and ongoing education.
Qualifications & Experience
Required:
- University Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related discipline.
Desired:
- EU safety regulations, directives and rules.
- CE marking and certification.
- Low Voltage Directive (LVD) (2014/35/EU).
- Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC.
- Regulation (EU) 2023/1542 concerning batteries and waste batteries.
- Processes, standards and guidelines for conducting safety assessments, e.g. MIL-STD-882.
- Methods for conducting safety assessments, e.g. FMEA.

3. SYSTEMS ENGINEER
What You ‘ll Be Doing:
- Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) of complex systems, such as unmanned vehicles, communications systems, hybrid electrical power systems.
- Physical, Logical, Functional architecture design and modeling.
- Requirements engineering and management.
- Coordination of design and development activities over the complete system engineering lifecycle.
- Preparation of system documentation.
Qualifications & Experience
Required:
- University Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Aeronautical Engineering or related discipline.
- Broad systems engineering experience (e.g. system architecture and design, systems documentation, system requirements, CONOPS, systems integration and verification).
Desired:
- Experience using MBSE tools to model complex systems using SysML, e.g. Ansys SCADE Architect, Enterprise Architect.
- Experience with engineering requirements management tools, e.g. DOORS.
- Familiarity with safety engineering, hazard analysis and safety assessment using relevant tools, e.g. Ansys medini analyze.
- Familiarity with Reliability, Availability and Maintainability engineering guidelines and analyses, e.g. FMEA, FMECA.
- Experience analytical and simulation tools, e.g. MATLAB, Simulink.
- Knowledge of analog, power, digital and RF electronics.

4. SENIOR HARDWARE TEST ENGINEER
What You ‘ll Be Doing:
- Design and development of test equipment (manual and automated), test fixtures, test setups and test software.
- Preparation of relevant test documentation (procedures, reports, etc.) for compliance with test requirements.
- Integration and design verification testing of prototype units.
- Participation in design reviews, interfacing with product development engineers, manufacturing engineers and the customer.
- Validation of acceptance test procedures and equipment.
- Training of test technicians.
- Interaction with manufacturing engineers and production floor personnel.
- Contribution in cost estimates for the Test Hardware and Software components of proposed Test Systems solutions.
Qualifications & Experience
Required:
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
- University Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related discipline.
- Experience in C or Python.
- Solid knowledge of analog, digital and power electronics.
- Experience in testing and troubleshooting of electronic boards, modules and systems using test equipment including test controllers, signal/waveform generators, power supplies, electronic loads, oscilloscopes, multi-meters, data acquisition modules, logic analyzers, signal analyzers, etc.
- MS Office Suite.
Desired:
- Experience in LabVIEW and TestStand.
- RF testing using signal generators, spectrum analyzers, signal analyzers, network analyzers, etc.
- Boundary-Scan testing and tools.
- Design for testability.
- Safety regulations testing.
- Field testing of systems.
- Use of environmental test chambers, vibration systems, and electromechanical systems.
- Ability to travel for short periods in Greece or abroad.

5. SYSTEMS ENGINEERS FOR TACTICAL COMMUNNICATIONS SYSTEMS
What You ‘ll Be Doing:
- Acting as the primary technical point of contact on behalf of the customer/product manager to identify the product requirements for the engineering development team.
- Leadership of the Design and Development engineering team.
- Analysis, decomposition and allocation of requirements.
- Definition and synthesis of system architectures.
- Preparation of design specifications and verification plans.
- Preparation of subcontractor requirements and coordination of subcontractor developments.
Qualifications & Experience
Required:
- University Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related discipline.
- Knowledge of analog and digital electronics and subsystems.
- Knowledge of data interfaces and buses, e.g. Ethernet, USB, PCI Express, RS-485, CAN bus, MIL-STD-1553.
- Design of electronics equipment for reliable use in harsh environments (climatic and mechanical), for EMC compliance and for Safety compliance.
- Experience over the complete design and development cycle.
Desired:
- Experience with engineering requirements management tools, e.g. DOORS.
- Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools.
- Familiarity with the principles of wireless communications systems and networking.

6. INTEGRATION AND TEST ENGINEER
What You ‘ll Be Doing:
- Preparation of test plans/procedures/reports and execution of manual and automated tests to verify system meets its specifications and requirements.
- Integration of prototype systems, with the assistance of technicians and under mechanical engineering guidance.
- Setting up of testbeds required for integration and testing of prototype systems, assisted by the appropriate system engineering, hardware design and software development resources.
- Reporting and tracking of non-compliances, re-testing when resolved.
- Supporting of customer acceptance testing (preparation of factory and site acceptance test plans and test procedures, identified issues tracking, resolution and re-testing).
- Provision of objective feedback regarding the functionality and performance of the system to software and hardware development and business user teams.
- Field support for system evaluation (site survey, installation design, installation execution, system setting to work).
Qualifications & Experience
Required:
- University Degree in Electrical/Electronic or Mechanical/Aeronautic Engineering or related discipline.
- Experience with analog/digital/power electronics and relevant test equipment.
- Availability for travelling.
Desired:
- Relevant working experience of system verification testing in a development environment.
- Field testing experience.
- Familiarity with climatic, mechanical, or electromagnetic environmental testing.
- Familiarity with systems safety regulations testing.
- Experience working with Linux distributions, Python, Linux Scripts or LabView.
- Good knowledge of common interconnecting digital buses, e.g. RS-485, RS-232, CAN bus, ARINC 429, IEEE 802.3 (Ethernet).
