Key Responsibilities of a Systems Apprentice - Operations and Sales Technologies:
- Supports operations and sales platform management
- Participates in system configuration, monitoring, and optimization
- Develops technical skills across business technologies
- Collaborates with senior team members on technology projects
- Assists in troubleshooting and documenting technical processes
- Supports performance analysis and system improvement initiatives
- Learns and assists with communication and tracking technologies such as Zendesk, Amazon Connect, and Five9
Requirements
- Entry-level technical professional interested in operations and sales technologies
- Basic understanding of technical systems or demonstrated technical aptitude
- Strong interest in learning business communication platforms
- Excellent problem-solving and learning capabilities
- Willingness to work in a dynamic, collaborative technical environment
- Foundational communication and teamwork skills
