System Manager - Data Architecture and Integration

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Enterprise Data & Systems Lead to spearhead our data strategy and empower data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen, enabling you to design and implement robust data infrastructure while also analyzing and visualizing data effectively. You will oversee the entire data lifecycle, from architecture and integration to advanced analytics and reporting, ensuring stakeholders have access to timely and accurate insights.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Data Architecture & Integration
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable database systems, incorporating cloud solutions like AWS Redshift, Snowflake, and Databricks.
• Collaborate across departments to understand business needs and translate them into efficient database solutions.
• Develop and refine data models that accurately represent organizational data assets, supporting diverse stakeholder requirements.
• Build robust data integration pipelines using tools like Fivetran to facilitate seamless data flow between internal and external systems, including ERP (SAP, Oracle), CRM (Salesforce), and others.
• Lead the implementation of new enterprise systems, ensuring their effective integration within the data architecture.
• Provide technical expertise and support for ERP implementation projects, including data migration, cleansing, and validation.
• Business Intelligence & Analytics
• KPI Development & Tracking: Establish and manage a comprehensive KPI framework, providing visibility into critical metrics across supply chain, finance, sales, and other key business functions.
• Data Modeling & Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement across the organization.
• Dashboard & Reporting: Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI, effectively communicating key insights to drive data-driven decision-making at all levels.
• Advanced Analytics: Perform advanced analytics, leveraging data from ERP, CRM, and other sources to support supply chain optimization, financial analysis, and sales performance tracking. Explore the use of machine learning for forecasting and predictive modeling.
• Cross-functional Collaboration
• Partner with teams across the organization to understand their data needs, gather requirements, and deliver solutions that empower them with data-driven insights.
• Data Governance
• Establish and maintain data governance processes and standards to ensure data quality, integrity, and security.
• End-to-End Accountability
• Take ownership of the entire data lifecycle, from architecture and integration to analysis and visualization, ensuring stakeholders have access to accurate and timely data-driven insights.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline. An MBA degree is preferred.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or Data Architecture, with a demonstrated ability to work with data from multiple business functions.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or R for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Expertise in data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI, with experience in web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (R Shiny, Python Flask) for building interactive dashboards.
• Familiarity with cloud databases (AWS Redshift, Snowflake, and big data tools (Hadoop, Spark).
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and CRM systems (Salesforce) is highly desirable.
• Experience with data management tools such as AWS, Fivetran, and Databricks.
• Proven expertise in relational database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and data analytics technologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and presentation abilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Highly motivated, self-directed, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the semiconductor or technology industry.
• Familiarity with supply chain planning, financial modeling, and sales forecasting concepts.

The base salary range is $144,000.00 USD – $210,000.00 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
