Roles and responsibilities
4+ yrs of experience working in environments with >100 employees/assets
Coordinate Onboarding/Deboarding of employees set management
Management/Troubleshooting of Networks, Firewalls, or Printers
First point of contact for Mac machine troubleshooting.
OS reinstallation/user creation/upgrades or apple vendor coordination logistics and Procurement from vendors with coordination from other teams
CCTV log reviews & Access control management
Experience with the management of AV equipmentBackups & Restoring.

Good to have: Alert monitoring or health check license management e.g., Gsuite, Jetbrains, Apple MDM

Selection process logistics & timelines : 

Once we have your application, our Talent team will review and reach out if we find your profile/portfolio suited for the current requirements.
Expect at least 3 rounds to assess your articulation & communication, general aptitude, attitude and team fitment. You will be quizzed for your role-related knowledge and general cognitive ability.
