Skills:

  • Minimum work experience of 3-6 years in Integration Support, Engineering maintenance/sustenance Support of production systems.
  • Work experience on Rest APIs using JSON or SOAP UI/Postman tools is a must.
  • Strong and hands-on experience in troubleshooting basic technical issues and providing step-by-step technical help in web and mobile applications.
  • Knowledge of any programming language (Python, PHP, Java), platforms (Web, Android, iOS).
  • Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve the merchant integration Issue.
  • Having Work Experience in the payments module will be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Strongly focused on execution, proactive, Quick Learner.
  • Familiarity with remote desktop applications(Ex: AnyDesk).
  • Experience in Managing a team, reporting and managing stakeholders would be an added advantage.

 

Role and Responsibilities :
  • Managing merchant accounts during the integration phase before go-live.
  • Work with the product and tech team and understand different product flows.
  • Understanding merchant payment flow, and requirements and suggesting the solution to them.
  • Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution.
  • Attending meetings/con calls with the merchant's tech/business team.
  • Preparing internal docs and highlighting redundant issues.
