We invite an experienced, energetic, and initiative System Analyst with strong C# code review skills to join our team and help us build a market-leading healthcare cost containment service with affordable and deductible health insurance plans for self-insured employers, third-party administrators, commercial payers, and claim auditors. You'll contribute to the platform that offers patient advocacy advice, a data analytics reporting tool, and accredited care management services.

✅ Is that you?

• 5+ years of System Analysis experience
• Proficiency in C# code review, Visual Studio platform knowledge
• Strong SQL skills
• Good knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies; understanding of the product development life cycle
• Experience documenting requirements, creating user stories, and conducting quality assurance testing
• Ability to create workflow diagrams and wireframes
• Strategic thinking; strong problem-solving and leadership skills
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Upper-Intermediate English level
• Strong project and process management skills
• Expertise in financial modeling and data analytics

Desirable:

• Bachelor’s in Business, Healthcare, or Technology
• Proficiency in Atlassian tools, SAFe/Agile methods
• Healthcare industry expertise (managed care, claims pricing/adjudication, EDI, etc.)
• Prototyping experience

🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution

In this position, your main responsibilities will include reviewing code for compliance with business requirements, aiding team members in creating more refined specifications, and documenting procedures effectively.

• Review, interpret, and debug code by running the latest build on test instances and step through application/pricer code
• Assist with the elaboration of user stories and requirements, providing support to team members as required
• Coach and develop BA team members to be successful
• Consult with the business and product owners to prioritize and shape the product backlog using Agile practices
• Participate in relevant Agile ceremonies and contribute to their improvement
• Be responsible for providing multi-disciplinary teams with user stories and coaching to define the business-driven acceptance criteria and test cases
