Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cloud servers: installation, accessibility, and troubleshooting.
- Administer new solutions, programs, and applications on servers.
- Provide system updates/upgrades to meet business needs.
- Run periodic OS patches to address vulnerabilities and bugs.
- Set up and manage email accounts and user access according to IT policies.
- Maintain operating systems, business applications, security tools, web servers, and emails.
- Develop and enforce IT policies for server management.
- Monitor and troubleshoot on-prem and cloud environments (Exchange, Office 365, AD, Azure).
- Install, configure, and maintain core services (AD, DNS, DHCP, File Server, Print Server, IIS, etc.).
- Manage identity providers (Active Directory, Azure AD) and SSO solutions (ADFS, Azure AD Connect).
- Oversee high-availability solutions (Failover Clusters, NLB).
- Administer hybrid email environments (Exchange, Office 365).
- Manage collaboration tools (Skype for Business, Teams) and endpoint management (Intune, SCCM).
- Implement security solutions (Defender for Identity, Office 365, Endpoints, Cloud Apps).
- Mitigate infrastructure vulnerabilities.
- Oversee remote access solutions (VPN, Direct Access).
- Manage 1000+ physical and virtual servers across 400 sites.
- Administer external hosting (websites, domains, certificates).
- Plan and execute server upgrades and migrations.
- Manage AD DS objects, replication, and GPOs using tools and PowerShell.
- Write and maintain custom scripts to improve system efficiency.
- Administer email backup and antivirus solutions.
- Manage the Azure environment.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Experience with Microsoft on-prem solutions (AD, DHCP, DNS, Exchange).
- Expertise in high-availability solutions (NLB, Failover Cluster).
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft and Linux OS.
- Solid knowledge of Office 365 products and Azure environment.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
- Certifications:
- MCSA or MCSE Certification.
- Azure Fundamentals or Azure Administrator Associate Certification.
- ITIL Foundation (plus).
