System Administrator, Creator Support (Zendesk)

Picsart is seeking a Zendesk System Administrator to join our Creator Support Operations team. You will be responsible for high-quality operational tasks, system administration, and data analysis, along with other operational duties as needed. You will be a key team member, influencing our success, and serving as the go-to person for understanding Creator pain points and sentiment, as well as for support software assets, data, the help center, and the chatbot.

You will

  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and improve the utilization of all software assets and their components, including cross-SaaS integrations and third-party tools.
  • Manage a backlog of items aligned with the Creator Support roadmap and priorities, maintaining high system administration standards.
  • Address critical software issues and downtime, maintaining clear communication and documentation.
  • Focus on optimization, automation, scalability, and providing long-lasting solutions while addressing dependencies and blockers.
  • Contribute to long-term operational goals, automation, and workflow optimization.
  • Perform general Creator Support Ops tasks, including software administration, data and reporting, scripting, automation, help center, and chatbot management.
  • Collaborate across business units as the go-to person for Creator Support operations and software administration.
  • Champion customer needs by providing feedback and escalating cases to ensure they receive necessary attention.

About you

  • Strong communication skills in English; business communication certification preferred.
  • Experience in customer support processes (IT technical support, helpdesk, live chat, call center).
  • Proven experience with Zendesk administration; knowledge of other CRM tools (Freshdesk, Salesforce, Intercom, Hubspot) will be a plus.
  • Degree in CS or IT certification (ITIL, CompTIA, Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Oracle, Cisco) preferred.
  • Experience with drag-and-drop automation and chatbot administration.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and its office tools.
  • Project management experience preferred; knowledge of process improvement, RPA/BPA, BPMN, Lean/Agile workflows is a plus.
  • Skills in generative AI bots, generative AI, and prompt engineering principles are highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Picsart, its features, and audience, with a passion for visual art tools.
  • Collaborative mindset, openness to learning, knowledge sharing, and project/task ownership.
  • Knowledge of Python, SQL, REST APIs, HTTP requests, SaaS backend, and databases preferred.
  • Experience in scripting, web development, data analysis (e.g., GitHub projects); GCP, AWS, or Azure experience is a plus.
