Arabic Computer Systems, one of the largest ICT companies in Saudi Arabia, is currently seeking an Endpoint Specialist to provide technical support for endpoint management. The role will be responsible for managing endpoint devices across the organization, ensuring that they are properly configured and maintained to meet business needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience in administering endpoint devices. Responsibilities
- Manage the configuration and maintenance of endpoint devices across the organization
- Identify and resolve endpoint management issues in a timely manner
- Install and configure endpoint management software and tools
- Conduct regular endpoint audits to ensure compliance with security policies and standards
- Develop and implement endpoint management policies and procedures
- Work with other IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve endpoint-related issues
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in endpoint management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- At least 10 years of experience in endpoint management
- Knowledge and experience in management / maintenance / operation / security analysis in the protection of peripheral devices
- Experience in IAM & PAM
- Professional certificates
- Strong and proven experience in endpoint security engineering
- Experience in managing security controls such as protecting peripheral devices
- Strong knowledge & practical experience of peripheral protection
- Deep experience in configuring and troubleshooting endpoint security.
- Experience with investigative methodologies.
- Ability to identify security risks and engineering issues and develop effective infrastructure plans.
- The ability to implement, manage and troubleshoot systems, applications and peripherals
- Ability to create accurate peripheral schematics and documentation for the design and layout of peripheral communication systems
- Hands-on experience in anti-virus investigations
- Practical experience on security solutions and management• Knowledge of networks
- Strong technical knowledge of endpoint devices and management tools
- Experience with Microsoft Intune and/or SCCM preferred
- Knowledge of scripting languages, such as PowerShell
- Familiarity with endpoint security technologies
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
