Strategic Imperative:
The SVP, Americas Delivery Domains is responsible for maintaining a steady source of qualified and engaged resources for the company’s success and sustainable growth, by identifying the right talent, fostering professional growth, and aligning our workforce strategy with our culture and our evolving business needs. This role will ensure delivery capabilities that are scalable, responsive, and aligned with strategic objectives, driving sustained business success through robust resource management and talent development.
Responsibilities/Objectives:

Strategic Planning of Delivery Resources to Meet Business Needs: Create and implement strategic plans that align with business objectives, ensuring the right resources are in place to meet current and future delivery demands, while ensuring financial efficiency.

Forecasting of Resource Needs Based on Business Pipelines: Work with the Deal Desk VP to analyze business pipelines to predict and plan for future resource requirements, enabling proactive hiring and training.

Sustainable Hiring Process Design: Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team to create and implement hiring practices focused on the right talent, and our DEI objectives.

Creative Development Planning for Delivery Resources: Develop and execute innovative training and development programs that enhance employees' skills and prepare them for new challenges, always focused on the customer and our pillars of strength, ensuring employees have development goals and tools, as well as opportunities for growth.

Performance Management: Implement comprehensive performance management frameworks that include objective setting, timely feedback frameworks, and improvement plans aligned to achieve the company’s mission and objectives.

People Engagement Strategies: Partner with HR to develop and roll out strategies to improve employee engagement though people leader roles and benefit packages, fostering a motivated and high-performing workforce.

Collaboration with Leadership: Work closely with senior leadership to align delivery resource strategies with broader business goals, facilitating unified progress.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in managing and developing large teams with a focus on resource planning and talent development.
- Proven track record of creating and executing strategic initiatives that drive business growth and operational excellence.
- Demonstrated success in client-facing roles, specifically in building and maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Deep understanding of business needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape, with the ability to anticipate change and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Experience in designing and implementing performance management systems and processes that drive employee engagement and organizational success.
- Advanced knowledge in business administration principles, with an MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Expertise in training, coaching, and mentoring methodologies to develop and retain top talent.

Base Salary Pay Range*: $190K - $320K
*The current applicable Base Salary Pay Range for this role is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
