We're now seeking a dedicated Sustainability Manager to help drive our sustainability initiatives and reporting, with a particular focus on UK operations. In this role, you’ll play a vital role in developing and implementing sustainable practices, ensuring compliance, and contributing to our long-term environmental strategy. This is a permanent role based in our Kings Cross Office with an expectation to travel to other Eurostar sites including our Depot in East London.

We’re looking for someone to:
- Focus on sustainability initiatives in our UK operations, while closely engaging with initiatives across the organisation
- Be responsible for several reporting and audit commitments, including managing the ISO 14001 and 5001 certification, Carbon Disclosure Project and annual legal reporting
- Discover how relevant environmental data can be generated by Eurostar and implement processes to generate this data. Analyse data for insights and reporting.
- Contribute to effective management of environmental data collection and analysis to monitor achievement of sustainability targets including SBTi
- Ensure effective reporting of data to internal stakeholders, shareholders, corporate clients, regulators, and other interested parties
- Identify and advise Eurostar Group on climate risk and adaptation, and measures to address these
- Act as subject matter expert to provide guidance for teams on environmental legislation compliance
- Promote internal and external communications on Eurostar’s sustainability initiatives
- Maintain relationships with external partners to coordinate joint progress and drive environmental improvements, with a particular focus on UK-based external partners
Requirements
You'll need:
- A relevant Degree in Sustainability, Sustainability Reporting, Environmental Regulation or equivalent work-based experience.
- Good understanding of environmental legislation and trends in corporate sustainability
- ISO14001 and 50001 experience, including internal and external audit and CDP reporting
- Experience with data management and reporting
- Organised with experience of managing and delivering projects
- Ability to engage and persuade people across the business including in operational areas
- English language is key and French desirable but not essential
