Key Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of 30 to 50 clients and projects, and contribute to their success and development through your advisory actions (expertise, coaching project teams), and your relationships:
- Ensure the proper execution of projects in terms of planning, approach, budget, and quality.
- Manage the daily workload of junior consultants under your supervision and assist them in prioritizing their tasks.
- Validate client deliverables (quality, deadlines) and their presentation to the clients.
- Ensure the completeness of contractual documents (NDAs, contracts, quotes, invoices) and their proper archiving.

Contribute to creating a work environment that allows consultants to collaborate effectively, fostering innovation, knowledge sharing, and professional development for all.

Supervise a team of approximately 10 consultants and ensure that each team member has the necessary resources and support to achieve their career goals, while promoting their well-being and satisfaction in their role within the firm.

Participate in the development of Cority’s advisory offers for existing clients and prospects.

Engage in the sales cycle: Present our consulting services to clients and prospects, draft and present business proposals in collaboration with team consultants.

Contribute to training, regulatory monitoring, and the development of knowledge related to regulations and methodologies associated with our service offerings.

Take part in the recruitment process.

Contribute to the technical, methodological, R&D (especially software), human, commercial, and strategic development of the company and, more broadly, to its growth.
Examples of Assignments:
- Conducting market studies and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) benchmarks, interviews, and stakeholder consultations.
- Preparing CSR action plans and strategic recommendations.
- Executing strategic and technical CSR projects.
- Defining CSR reporting standards.
- Data analysis and consolidation.
- Conducting ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) due diligence.
- Configuring and operating the Reporting 21 platform.
Qualifications:
- 5 to 7 years of experience in consulting within a large or mid-sized firm.
- Experience in managing junior consultants and leading assignments.
- Proven experience (>5 years) in CSR, ESG, or sustainability consulting.
- Expertise in sustainability.
- Graduate from a top business or engineering school or a leading university, preferably with a focus on CSR or sustainability.
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
- Interested in entrepreneurial ventures and capable of quickly integrating into a fast-growing company with autonomy and proactivity.
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills, as well as full proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint at minimum).
- Excellent writing skills (commercial proposals, deliverable writing, and content writing on behalf of clients).
- Ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously within tight deadlines.
- Bilingual in English; proficiency in another language is a plus.
- Knowledge of the CSR market, and familiarity with French and European norms and regulations.
