What You’ll Do
- 1. Culinary Operations
- · Looks after one or several brands across multiple branches where we operate
- · Ensures excellent kitchen operations through training and coaching of our store teams
- · Sets the example and is obsessed about quality, consistency and customer satisfaction
- · Supports launch of his/her brands in new locations
- · Leads the seasonal introduction of new menu items
- · Works closely with the OPS team to control food cost, wastage, availability of products
- · Champions scalability and simplification in how the way his/her brands are operated
- · Owns the recipes and costing of his/her brands. Properly maintains the data integrity within our ERP system
- · Is a role model in promoting safe and clean work environment
- 1. Brand Success
- Owns the culinary playbook of 1 or several brands
- Works closely with the Consumer Team in creating product and marketing campaigns
- Partners with Brand Managers of his/her respective brands as part of the Brand Squad. Provides culinary expertise and solutions.
- Leads product developments following the NPD (New Product Development) brief
- Constantly monitors quality and customer feedback to identify opportunities to optimize the products and offering
What Are We Looking For?
- 3-5 years of experience in leading brands (for head-chef) or supporting brands (for sous-chef) in different cuisines
- Great people-person
- Strong trainer and mentor to junior team members
- Highly effective when collaborating with multiple stakeholders (operations, consumer, central production)
- Good understanding and successful track record in implementing high standardization
- Experience in highly scalable fast casual or casual dining brands will be an advantage
