- Understanding the Project
- Reviewing programmed surveys as a second layer of internal quality control
- Active and platform expert research and recruitment for surveys

Multitask across projects adhering to timelines
- Creating outreach templates for projects

Phone screening and qualifying respondents
- Targeted and persistent lead conversion for surveys

Chasing survey respondents and connecting with survey respondents for referrals
- Tracking survey respondents and adding them to the platform project

Expert engagement for further survey participation

Monitoring complete rates and handling screen-outs
- Participating in daily internal progress meetings, actively contributing to solving research challenges
- Helping PM with project organization
- Keeping project sheet up to date

Participating and adding to monthly debriefs to improve fielding best practices
