Support representative - Slovak/Serbian

Requirements

Requirements:

• Fluency in Slovak/Serbian (C1/C2 level or native speaker);
• Good command of English (B2 level);
• Previous experience in customer service or support roles is a plus;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively;
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software;
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts.
