Support Engineer

We seek a dedicated Support Engineer to join the LogicX team, focusing on supporting logic-based rule creation and addressing client requirements. The role involves working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality support services and seamless resolution of technical issues.

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving abilities and excellent collaboration skills to contribute effectively to project success and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support or engineering role.
  • Experience with rules engines, workflow automation, or business process tools
  • Basic coding or scripting knowledge (e.g., .Net, JavaScript, Python, or similar).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client support.
