Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a technical support or engineering role.
- Experience with rules engines, workflow automation, or business process tools
- Basic coding or scripting knowledge (e.g., .Net, JavaScript, Python, or similar).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client support.
