Provide excellent customer care with a positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with confidence and with minimal supervision. Manage the reception desk and perform various administrative and clerical duties. Assist and support the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable team.
What You'll Do:
- Greet visitors and customers and make a professional and courteous impression.
- Answering and redirecting phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Check, sort, and distribute the mail.
- Assist Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable with daily functions.
- Professional verbal and written interaction with internal and external clients.
- Assist with data entry and maintaining electronic and physical records.
- Provide general administrative support, such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Maintain Word, Excel, and Outlook files electronically.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures at the reception desk (issue visitor badges)
- Process EDI daily, which includes incoming and outgoing, purchase orders, invoices, and acknowledgments.
- Support The Hope Group Business Management System [BMS] procedures and work instructions by following established processes and supporting their continual improvement.
- Perform other similar or related duties as required or requested.
