Currently, we are launching our service to Turkey and we are seeking several Support Caller, Driver Operations to join the Driver Operations team!
Office location: Sisli, Istanbul
What You’ll Do:
Conduct outbound calls to drivers, promoting our platform and encouraging registration for delivery services.
Meet daily and monthly targets by proactively onboarding a defined number of drivers to ensure network growth.
Provide accurate information to drivers about our platform, services, and registration process.
Capture and process driver information during calls, including personal details and delivery requirements.
Maintain meticulous call records, documenting key points, feedback, and suggestions for future reference and analysis.
Convert driver from registration to verified in the platform
Requirements:
Advanced skill in Excel & PowerPoint
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
Good Communication Skills in both Turkish and basic communication in English
