- Timekeeping for QA personnel.
- Manage schedule by organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
- Communication through answering and directing phone calls, writing and distributing emails, memos, and other correspondence.
- Ordering office supplies, maintaining contact lists, and ensuring office equipment is functioning properly.
- Record Keeping by Developing and maintaining a filing system, preparing reports, and managing databases.
- Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Providing general support to visitors and acting as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
- Travel Arrangements like Booking travel and accommodations for staff members.
- Good interpersonal and communication skill.
- With experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), excellent time management, and organizational skills.
- Education: 2 Yr graduate on a related field is preferred.
