Skills required
Marketing Campaigns - experience with relevant tools (Hubspot, Mailchimp, Mailgun)
Outbound sales - Lead generation, Business development, pipeline management
Email and chat support - Use of email tools such as Zendesk, Intercom, Whatsapp for Business is ideal
Analytics - Data management, list preparation and basic excel use
English proficiency (ideally have experience in an English speaking call centre before)
