Supply Planner

Are you ready to rethink your routine? We’re looking for a Supply Planner to join our global Operations team, reporting to our Head of Supply Planning. This role will be responsible for maintaining supply plans over a 24 month horizon, across our multiple warehouse/vendor locations. Our Supply Planner must have experience of managing full service and free issue products using Excel supply plan models. They must be an excellent collaborative team player, who thrives on working in an agile fast paced environment.

The Role 
Your daily to-dos might look like this:

• Maintaining supply plans at SKU/warehouse location level.
• Building and maintaining relationships with our vendors.
• Placing and tracking of purchase orders, into its final destination.
• Providing rolling 18 month supply plan for our vendors.
• Work with our vendors to optimize our inventory.
• Maintaining Supply Chain master data relevant to supply planning.
• Communicating stock opportunities and challenges to Head of Supply Planning
• Create and maintain assembly plans for our warehouses where necessary.
• Management of internal marketing orders.

Requirements

These skills will help you go far in this role:

• Proven Supply Planning experience preferably in excel
• Advanced Excel Skills
• Excellent Master data knowledge
• Knowledge of ERP systems - Netsuite preferred
• Analytically driven mindset, attention to detail skills,  with strong problem solving abilities  
• Passionate about driving collaborative working and improving processes and best practices.
