Your Job:
As a Supply Planner, you are responsible for the execution of tactical supply plans for apparel category and managing inventory levels to achieve the sales, supply chain and financial objectives. Your responsibilities will be focused on supply planning accuracy, inventory optimization, profitability, and delivery precision across the seasonal planning horizon for the EMEA Region.
In this role you will partner closely with EMEA Logistics, Demand Planning, Customer Service, Sales, Global/NA Supply Planning and offshore production planners to ensure on time in full product availability.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage short and long-term EMEA supply plans to balance the (wholesale and eCommerce) demand forecast considering cost, efficiency, and capacity constraints.
- Advise EMEA inventory strategies to determine cost-effective use of inventory investment while maximizing inventory turns and meeting service level targets.
- Develop and monitor buy plans, submit PO by size and monitor purchase orders changes.
- Identify and solve key supply issues by working cross-functionally to develop alternative solutions that mitigate cost and customer service impacts.
- Establish and maintain supportive relationships with stakeholders.
- Establish/follow the planning calendar and buy process cadence.
- Maintain inventory item master for assigned styles and warehouse. Audit systems to ensure data integrity.
- Continuously develop supply planning system to create tactical inventory and supply solutions.
- In charge of Seasonal Sample Purchase Order placement and delivery tracking.
- Lead/participate in projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain / economics or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in supply planning or inventory management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
- Experience with adoption and implementation of Supply or Demand Planning systems.
- Experience in fashion/sports is a plus.
- Well-developed quantitative skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally, demonstrating strong interpersonal, collaborative and communication skills.
- Fluency in English, other European language skills are a great plus.
- Passionate participation in Brooks’ sports activities a plus, overridden by the ability to understand and empathize with the runner to develop loyal, engaging relationships with our customers and the Brooks community.
