As the Supply Coordinator - Europe, you will be responsible for supporting the supply team by ensuring that our supply chain partners fulfil contractual obligations to levels that satisfy our responsibilities to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and manage negotiated contractual terms with all supply chain partners.
- Maintain contractual database and ensure all contracts are executed in accordance with the the company policy.
- Implement a structured approach to manage supplier contracts post-deal to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Use all available information to ensure that the commercial terms are accurately reflected on the systems.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of pricing mechanisms at different airports within the European region.
- Work closely with the Billing, CSR, Pricing, Credit, Tax, Dispatch, and Vendor Reconciliation teams to manage the full process of supplier pricing disputes, including invoice analysis, pricing comparison, statement of account evaluation, supplier communication and billing corrections.
- Maintain a clear line of communication with suppliers to ensure efficient invoice dispute resolution.
- Effectively communicate to internal and external groups and enact appropriate escalation processes.
- Support the European supply team by collating data and compiling market reports.
Provide recommendations and operational insight on existing and new processes. - Identify internal and external data sources to help answer questions related to business issues and optimise key processes in the sales cycle.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Four-year Bachelor's degree, Industrial Engineering, Business, Finance preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication English skills.
- Advanced to expert Microsoft Excel experience which includes building spreadsheets, pivot tables and working with formulas.
- Ability to professionally interact with others at all levels across the organisation.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage a variety of people and understand their needs (finance, sales, supply chain, marketing, operations)
- Ability to review, analyse, and evaluate business systems and user needs.
- Identify potential problems, present alternatives and propose solutions.
- Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to prioritise and multi-task in a fast paced, changing environment and be detail oriented.
- Proactive, highly organised, self-starter with a sense of urgency and "can do" attitude.
