The Details
We are a supply chain team focussing on our inbound supply chain and customs processes. This role is for a Data Analyst, working as part of the supply chain customs team, and reports into the Head of Customs Operations. You will be working closely with third parties (including brokers, forwarders, warehouses), Supply Chain, Tax & Commercial teams.
- Working with supply chain tech to analyse current and historic data relating to inbound stock movements
- Investigate discrepancies between systems (including third party systems)
- Review of documentation to understand root causes
- Highlighting and fixing process issues
- Investigating and supporting the clean up of historic data and reporting discrepancies and errors

About You
- Knowledge of operational Inbound Supply Chain processes required
- Knowledge of customs warehouse/SCDP requirements is helpful
- Good understanding of Excel and basic knowledge of SQL
- Ability to manipulate data
- Data analysis skills required
- Ability to identify gaps/patterns in data
- Power BI skills
- Good communication skills
