About The Role:
The Supply Chain Coordinator and Analyst Position at Human Systems Integration is an essential role within a thriving and expanding product development and manufacturing company. The candidate will be responsible for supporting HSI’s day-to-day supply chain operations, including data analysis, inventory management, and demand forecasting and scheduling to meet current and future customer and company needs. The candidate must possess excellent leadership, and written and verbal communication skills.
The Supply Chain Coordinator and Analyst will report directly to the Manufacturing Operations Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day management and movement of materials through HSI and the supply chain
- Optimizing supply chain performance through data collection and analysis
- Execute purchase orders and ensure materials availability per customer demand
- Maintain supplier communications and relationships
- Track, analyze, and model materials cost and lead times
- Monitor and manage inventory levels and establish appropriate strategies to prevent shortages and overstock situations
- Develop and optimize material management strategies for engineering and development materials
- Represent Supply Chain in product design review meetings
- Work alongside the PMO and Finance to effectively manage materials planning and spend
- Work with Quality Assurance on quality control of sourced materials and supplier performance
- Liaise with customers on materials and order status
Requirements, Skills, and Experience:
- A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Mgmt, Operations Mgmt, Business Admin. or a relevant related field
- Equivalent relevant experience is valued and will be considered in lieu of a formal degree
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in hands-on supply chain management preferably in a complex, regulated electro-mechanical industry
- Confident and capable navigating and using ERP/MRP systems. NetSuite preferred
- Prior leadership and/or participation in Sales and Operations Planning is highly desirable
- Demonstrable working knowledge in data analysis tools
- Command of supply chain concepts, logistics, procurement and operations management
- Must have the ability to methodically plan, prioritize, and delegate tasks, ensuring streamlined execution of day-to-day supply chain operations
- Strong problem-solving, data analysis and decision-making abilities
- Candidate must have applied operational and project management skills
- Champion bringing our core values and Vision to life in the supply chain
- Must possess superior written and verbal communication skills, with ability to make effective oral presentations internal to HSI and/or at suppliers
- History developing and implementing core business and QMS processes
- Experience working in a small to mid-sized growing business environment is a plus
- Must have direct hands-on experience with regulated work environments such as Government/Military/Medical and associated business standards
- Proficiency in continuous improvement methods & techniques e.g. LEAN, Six Sigma is desirable
- Relevant Industry Certifications a plus
- US Citizenship is required
