Supply Chain Analyst - Business Transformation

As a Supply Chain Analyst (internally known as Business Analyst within the Procurement Function) , you'll be at the forefront of revolutionising our Procurement function. Your expertise will be the driving force behind our digital transformation, shaping the future of how we operate and optimise our processes.

You will bring value to AJW Group by driving efficiencies within the Procurement function. You will ensure data, tools, and processes are developed, implemented, and managed to maximise efficiency, quality, accuracy, availability, and consistency and support robust reporting and analytics.

What you'll be doing

• Strategic optimisation: develop future-state tools and processes, optimising reporting and data analytics for maximum efficiency and consistency.
• Streamlined operations: identify and eliminate non-value add activities, crafting processes that cut through inefficiencies.
• Automation excellence: engineer and implement automated solutions, from RFP analysis to spend tracking, ushering in a new era of efficiency.
• Unified excellence: standardise processes, metrics, and KPIs across functions, ensuring a cohesive approach to procurement excellence.
• Operational maestro: collaborate with Business Process Improvement teams, mapping As-Is and To-Be business processes for operational efficiencies.
• Innovative solutions: translate departmental and business requirements into clear functional specifications for new digital solutions/ERP systems.
