Supports introduction, development and implementation process of potential new suppliers for PUR / Quality -organisation of OESL.
Supporting production sites in maintaining a robust supply chain in terms of quality, stable processes and deadlines. Participation in improvement programs of series suppliers and continuous advancement of the continuous improvement process of our suppliers.
Your tasks will focus on the following activities:
Supplier Introduction
- Requisition of new suppliers
- Evaluation of supplier questionnaires
- Supporting PUR in decision-making regarding next steps
Supplier assessments
- Performing on-site assessments or potential analysis
- Supporting internal customers regarding the technical feasibility of potential suppliers
- Conducting risk analysis at suppliers
Supplier process approval based on VDA 6.3
- Performing VDA 6.3 process audits
- Following up and closing those audits
Development process and plant service
Supplier Quality Improvement Program execution
Managing the escalation and de-escalation process for affected suppliers
Complaint management at suppliers in support of the local SQA organization
Capacity verification of new suppliers for planned projects
- Execution of Run@Rates at suppliers
We are looking for:
- Experience in Supplier Management
- Certified VDA 6.3 Auditor
- Certified IATF Auditor with ISO 19011 proficiency
- Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing processes
- Advanced proficiency in core tools (VDA and AIAG)
- Proficient in root cause analysis techniques
- Knowledge of escalation processes
- Effective negotiation skills
