Supplier onboarding: manage new Indirect and Financial vendor creations triggered via Ariba and registration related queries from suppliers

Supplier enablement: responsible for maintaining data of existing vendors (Indirect, Financial, Direct and Growers)
- Ensure Supplier documentation complies with Syngenta defined validation standards

Support Requesters and Procurement Buyers for supplier master data related queries and provide guidance regarding processes and ways of working

Handle supplier queries for Syngenta registration process in Ariba network through connections with suppliers

Troubleshooting on possible technical and/or registration issues with suppliers that may have impact on PO creation, Catalogue usage, E-sourcing and/or business continuity
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to manage country specific needs

Take part in Syngenta projects User Acceptance Testing
- Work closely with Ariba Administrators, Ariba IT technical support team and Finance Operations

Update and maintain knowledge base shared library when needed, to reflect the current process for the use of all Syngenta users
- Prioritize issues and drive resolution in a timely manner

You will be a great fit if you have:

1+ years’ experience in Accounts Payable / Procurement / Master Data Governance / Vendor Master Data / P2P / S2P / I2P operations at multinational companies; Shared Services Center environment is beneficial (internship as well)
