What You'll Do:
As the Supervisor of Innovation, you'll be the driving force behind CMI Media Group's cutting-edge media and partnership strategies. You will:

Scout and secure game-changing partnerships in the pharmaceutical and healthcare landscape, focusing on areas like audio, VR, AI, gaming, and other forward-thinking, non-traditional opportunities.

Spearhead pilot programs, collaborating with Engagement Strategy, Business Leads, Activation teams, and clients to bring innovative ideas to life.

Serve as the internal champion for innovation, both in a client-facing role and as a vital resource for engagement strategy and activation teams.

Become a thought leader, contributing to bi-monthly POVs and working with media and brand teams to infuse innovative thinking into client solutions.

Stay ahead of the curve, constantly researching emerging technologies and media planning trends to advance CMI's offerings and solidify our position as industry pioneers.
