About the Position
Supervisors assist the Guest Experiences team in providing a safe and welcoming environment for each event at Chase Center. In this role, you will actively help oversee team members (e.g., Guest Service Representatives, Ambassadors, Concierges, etc.) and support the Director, Guest Experiences Operations to maintain optimal guest experience.
This is a part-time position based onsite in San Francisco, CA.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and responsible for up to 25 team members on event days
- Brief team members on policies and event procedures
- Make on the spot decisions on behalf of Guest Experiences management regarding arena policies
- Respond to calls during event on behalf of Guest Experiences management, escalating situations to other departments and management as needed
- Assign and manage breaks for all Guest Experiences team members
- Assist with inventory, event day preparation, general administrative duties and day-to day tasks
- Train team members on venue, event and guest experience related information
- Provide comprehensive post-event notes to leadership detailing situations of the event as it relates to guests or team members
- Attend various trainings to continually improve skills
- Other duties as assigned
Required Experience & Skills
- Current Guest Experience team member in good standing with 3 months of tenure; 1 year of leadership experience preferred
- Excellent and engaging interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership with the desire to work on a team
- High energy, strong detail orientation and superior work ethic
- Ability to remain professional and courteous in a high pressure environment, including during emergencies
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable form of transportation
Physical Demands
- Ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 30 lbs.
