The Enterprise Product and Platform team delivers enterprise level technology stack, products, and platforms supporting key enterprise functions including Supply Chain, People, and Finance.
We are embarking on a significant Finance Transformation journey, using, Oracle Cloud Financials and Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Cloud, along with Oracle Integration Cloud for seamless integration. We are seeking a dynamic and top-tier Global Finance Modernization Technology Architecture Supervisor who can offer technical architecture expertise across the Oracle suite of products. This supervisor will work closely with internal IT teams, third-party service providers, business partners, and all collaborators to develop technical solutions that meet both functional and non-functional requirements.
The Global Finance Modernization Technology Architecture Supervisor collaborates with the Senior Application Architect, Global Finance Modernization.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
- Act as a domain authority in Oracle Cloud Application Technology stack.
- Define Enterprise Technical Standards and ensure consistency.
- Collaborate across multiple verticals with IT solution architects to establish architectural guidelines and standards. Promote alignment to compliance and change documentation.
- Provide technical expertise and support to the Oracle Cloud (SaaS + PaaS) implementation partners in addressing sophisticated Finance business requirements.
- Collaborate with other technology teams including internal teams, service provider and vendors. Ensure application service levels are maintained as per agreed standards.
- Implement Operational Excellence, Identify areas of improvement, and exercise cost savings via Optimization.
- Liaise with external technical teams as vital for developing solutions or providing application support. Provides oversight to work performed by service provider teams.
- Play a pivotal role in design, development, testing and deployment of the overall solution.
- Use modern practices to increase the speed of delivering software (e.g., Agile, DevOps, test automation, etc.)
- Provide standard process options and connect with both technical and functional audiences.
- Work as a trusted advisor to implementation partners or clients.
- Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs.
- Communicate with external teams to connect opportunities in development plans when they arise, encouraging open and collaborative environments for development.

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or Business
- 3+ years minimum direct experience architecting solutions - Oracle Cloud preferred.
- A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of Oracle ERP Cloud (SaaS + PaaS), OCI technology stack
- Works independently designing and developing new solutions with comprehensive knowledge in Oracle ERP cloud.
- Understanding of Cloud architecture, OCI & ERP cloud security.
- Can execute complex projects. Acts as technical expert for the solution area including systems integration with external platforms. Ensures end-to-end solution integrity.
- Knowledge of Finance business processes, a clear understanding of best practices, and experience with Oracle ERP Cloud.
- Hands-on experience working with Oracle ERP Cloud Finance modules – Payables, Receivables, General ledger, Cash Management, Assets, Projects etc.
- Experience working collaboratively in a supplier-enabled, outsource technology delivery environment.
- Proven experience implementing ERP cloud solutions across different industries (QSR industry a plus) with large-scale implementation project experience within global organizations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in DevOps, Event Architectures, Security and Systems Performance desirable
- Worked with large, global teams to deliver results. Teams would have consisted of employees and third-party contractors.
- Delivered projects and operations using agile delivery principles and teams is a plus.
- Demonstrated strong negotiating, influence, and leadership skills.
