The Opportunity
REGENXBIO is seeking a motivated student for an internship position in the Clinical Operations group. This is a cross functional position in a dynamic and fast paced environment. The successful candidate will support multiple projects for the retina programs and will have a strong desire to understand how clinical trials are designed, executed, and documented. This individual must be self-driven, organized, collaborative and able to communicate clearly and thrive in a highly dynamic work environment.
What You'll Be Doing
Works closely with the Clinical Operations team and other cross-functional team members to organize and file study files and documents
Create trackers to assist in building placeholders for cross-functional information for team reference
Assist with training reconciliation of teams and day-to-day operations
Assist with organizing meetings, teleconferences, and communication across functional teams
Other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
High level of organizational skills with the ability to work on several assignments simultaneously
Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
An understanding of Good Clinical Practice and clinical trial phases would be beneficial
Ability to maintain professionalism and standards
