Get to know our team:
The FinTech Legal Team deals with how money moves from the Bookers to the Travel Service Suppliers we represent on agoda.com. This covers everything from striking deals with payment service providers globally so that our Bookers can pay in their preferred currency, card, e-wallet, and pay when they want to pay (e.g. in installments, or later) to developing our own in-house FinTech solutions.

We work with Product developers and commercial teams to advise them through the project life cycle, from whiteboard brainstorming sessions to strategic contract negotiations, obtaining and maintaining necessary licenses, permits or authorizations, product analysis (e.g., compliance with financial regulations, consumer protection, etc.), all the way until the project completion.
